It’s breakdown help you pay for only when you need it. There’s no membership and no yearly fee. You call, we give you the price, we recover your vehicle and you pay for that job only.
Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off recovery service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.
Do I pay anything before I break down?
No. There’s no joining fee and nothing to pay until you need us.
How much does it cost?
Jump starts and roadside help start from £60 and recovery starts from £75. The full price depends on the vehicle and the distance, and you’ll know it before you book.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes, as often as you need. Each job is priced and paid for on its own.
Where can you take my vehicle?
Anywhere in the UK – your garage, your home or any other address. The journey is included in the price we give you.
I have breakdown cover but the wait is too long. Can I call you?
Yes. Call us directly and pay for the job. Whether you can claim the cost back is up to your own provider, so check with them.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
