The small 12V battery runs the locks and computers. When it dies the car won’t wake up, even with charge in the main battery.

Carried flat, the way an EV should be moved
In an electric car the motor is connected to the wheels all the time, so towing it on its wheels can damage the motor. That’s why most manufacturers’ handbooks say an EV must be carried, not towed. We only use a flatbed, so every electric and hybrid car we move travels with all four wheels off the road.

It’s electric vehicle breakdown help you pay for only when you need it. There’s no membership and no yearly fee. You call, we give you the price, we recover your EV and you pay for that job only.
Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off recovery service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.

How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
