It’s motorbike breakdown help you pay for only when you need it. There’s no membership and no yearly fee. You call, we give you the price, we recover your bike and you pay for that job only.
Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off recovery service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.
How much does it cost?

Do you cover scooters and mopeds?
Yes. Scooters, mopeds, 125s and big tourers all travel strapped upright on our truck.
Where can you take my bike?
Anywhere in the UK – home, your usual garage, a dealer or any other address. The journey is included in the price we give you.
Can you recover a bike that won’t roll?
Yes. Tell us what’s wrong – a seized wheel or accident damage, for example – so we bring the right equipment.
Do you fix punctures at the roadside?
No. We’re a recovery company, so we carry the bike to a tyre shop, a garage or your home.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
