What is pay as you go pay as you go car towing?
It’s a tow truck you pay for only when you need one. There’s no membership and no yearly fee. You call, we give you the price, we move the car and you pay for that job only.
Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.
How much does it cost?
Call-outs start from £75 for a small hatchback, £85 for a medium car and £95 for an SUV or larger car. The final price depends on the distance, and you get it before you book.
Can I book a tow for a set day and time?
Yes. If it isn’t urgent, tell us the day and time that suit you and we’ll agree it when you book.
Can you tow a car that has failed its MOT?
Yes. It travels on our truck instead of being driven on the road.
Where can you take my car?
Anywhere in the UK – your garage, your home or any other address. The journey is included in the price we give you.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
