It’s breakdown help for vans and light commercial vehicles that you pay for only when you need it. There’s no membership and no yearly fee. You call, we give you the price, we recover the van and you pay for that job only.
Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off recovery service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.

Which vans and light commercial vehicles do you cover?
Panel vans, Lutons, pick-ups, tippers, dropsides and other light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes in total. We don’t recover lorries or HGVs.
Can you recover a loaded van?
Yes, as long as the total weight is within 3.5 tonnes. Tell us what’s on board when you call.
Where can you take my van?
Anywhere in the UK – your usual garage, a dealer, your yard or home. The journey is included in the price we give you.
I run several vans. Can I still use it?
Yes. Each job is priced and paid for on its own, and there’s no contract. See business and fleet recovery if you’d like one number for all your vehicles.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
