Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.

What if the police are at the scene?
When the police are dealing with an accident, they sometimes arrange the recovery themselves. If they say you can arrange your own, or once the vehicle has been released, call us.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
