Our tilt-and-slide flatbed is rated for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes GVW, so a fully loaded Transit, Sprinter, Crafter, Vivaro, Trafic, Boxer, Ducato or Transporter goes on the truck exactly as it is, and your load stays locked inside your van until we drop it where you want it.

What we need to know about your van
- Make and model – a long-wheelbase high-roof Sprinter is a different job from a short Transit Connect.
- What’s in the back – tools, racking, building materials, parcels, a tail lift or a fridge unit. Roughly how heavy.
- Plated weight – the GVW on the plate inside the door. Up to 3,500 kg is fine. Over 3.5 tonnes needs a bigger truck, and we’ll tell you straight away.
- Height – a high-roof van still fits on our bed. If it’s parked under a height barrier, tell us.
- Does it roll and steer? – if not, we use skates and a winch and price for it up front.

Can you take a van that’s over 3.5 tonnes?
No. Our truck is rated to 3.5 tonnes GVW. If your plate says more, tell us and we’ll say so straight away rather than waste your time.
Can you recover a van with a flat battery or that won’t start?
Yes. We’ll try a 12V or 24V jump start first (from £60). If it still won’t go, we load it and take it to a garage.
Can you recover a van that’s stuck in gear or won’t roll?
Yes. We use four wheel skates and winch it on. Skates are charged on top and quoted before we set off.
