To be clear about what we do: we’re a recovery company, so we don’t fit or repair tyres at the roadside. We move your car, safely and without damaging the wheel, to a tyre shop, a garage or your home. Driving even a short distance on a flat tyre destroys the tyre and can ruin the wheel.

What is pay as you go flat tyre and puncture cover?
It’s help with a flat tyre that you pay for only when you need it. There’s no membership and no yearly fee. You call, we give you the price, we carry your car to a tyre shop and you pay for that job only.
Is it an insurance policy?
No. It isn’t an insurance policy or a membership. It’s a one-off service that you pay for each time you use it.
Is it cheaper than monthly breakdown cover?
Usually, yes. With monthly or yearly cover you pay whether you break down or not. With pay as you go you pay nothing until you need us, so if you rarely break down it usually works out cheaper.
How much does it cost?
Car call-outs start from £75 for a small hatchback and £95 for an SUV or larger car. The full price depends on the distance, and you get it before we set off.
Do you change or repair tyres at the roadside?
No. We don’t do repairs. We recover your car to a tyre shop, a garage or your home.
Can you take me to a tyre shop that’s open late?
Yes. Tell us where you’d like to go. If nowhere is open, we can take the car home.
What if I get a flat tyre on the motorway?
Never try to change a wheel on the hard shoulder. Get behind the barrier and call us. Motorway recovery starts from £150.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. The call-out or booking fee is paid up front by bank transfer or through our secure payment link, and you pay the rest on our card machine when we’re with you. For your security, we never take card details over the phone and we never store them.
